Working alongside Quinn, Magenta is one of the first lines of communication and interaction with both our clients and conveyancers. With her exceptional organisational skills, and flawless attention to detail. Magenta enjoys the challenge of solving problems and assisting our clients to ensure they experience a smooth and hassle-free property transaction.

Magenta started with One Step Conveyancing in 2017 and is a knowledgeable and trusted member of our team. With 15 years of prior experience in customer service, Magenta also worked in a law practice before completing a Statement of Attainment in Real Estate.

Our clients appreciate Magenta’s caring, down-to-earth approach and her efforts to make the conveyancing process as easy and stress free as possible. With communication being her number one priority to ensure our clients are kept informed every step of the way.

Having lived in the Coffs Coast area for over 20 years, she has developed strong relationships with local real estate agents and other professionals in the area. Which has allowed her to gain a greater understanding of the needs and requirements of our local community when they are buying, selling or transferring a property.

Outside of work, Magenta loves spending time with family and friends. She also has a passion for camping, travelling and exploring the great outdoors. On the weekend you are likely to find her in her element reading a good book, cooking or listening to music.

Her warm and friendly nature is always noticed when you visit our office and Magenta is always available to assist you with anything you need.
