About Sarah SpeirsFounder & Licensed Conveyancer

Sarah is the Director and Owner of One Step Conveyancing Services. She has worked in the legal industry since 2008 and became a Licensed Conveyancer in 2010. In early 2015, Sarah established One Step Conveyancing from her home office, and through her leadership and expertise, the business has since grown into a trusted practice with a dedicated team of four. With more than 15 years of experience, Sarah is widely regarded as an expert in the property industry.

A lifelong resident of the Coffs Coast, Sarah is a respected and active member of the community. She proudly sponsors several local junior sporting organisations and is engaged in the local business network. Known for her genuine care and understanding of her clients’ needs, Sarah is committed to delivering a high-quality, professional, and efficient service that makes each property transaction as seamless as possible.

Outside of her professional life, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, making the most of the beach lifestyle, travelling, cooking, walking her dog, and maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
